About the role

You will play an integral part in supporting the hyper growth strategies as the organisation scales in the local market. You will be involved in all aspects of social activities from helping to craft a social content strategy, to executing on high profile campaigns, and reacting to spur of the moment events.

  • Actively managing social channels, with varying goals, including brand awareness, engagement, acquisitions, etc.
  • Working with the team to set the social media channel and content strategy.
  • Creating both written and rich media-based content that is channel-appropriate (e.g. stories on Instagram, videos cross-channel).
  • Delivering consistently on-brand voice and messaging across all social platforms.
  • Publishing and scheduling content across social channels.
  • Managing online social and content communities, responding to customers as per agreed messaging; flagging risk and liaising with internal teams, clients and external agencies; and driving further engagement through conversation.
  • Conducting social listening to mine insights.
  • Developing and presenting social and content performance reports; share your POV on how to optimize the content based on results.
  • Providing weekly trend reports on what’s the latest social buzz happening across IG, TikTok, Twitch or Twitter.
  • Stays up to date on major digital and social media trends, platform changes, industry research and online tools.
