About the role

  • Register and dispatch GPS devices to customers
  • Customer software account creation and setup user access
  • Level 1 technical support by phone and tickets
  • Coordinating installation of devices with our field technicians
  • Update Hubspot CRM with status and notes on post sales stages
  • Ad-hoc support/post sales tasks
