About the role
- Register and dispatch GPS devices to customers
- Customer software account creation and setup user access
- Level 1 technical support by phone and tickets
- Coordinating installation of devices with our field technicians
- Update Hubspot CRM with status and notes on post sales stages
- Ad-hoc support/post sales tasks
